Alberto Pagliarini

Ph.D and researcher in theatre at the Department of Humanities, University of Turin.

Actor, theatrical author and Social Community Theatre expert (senior). He is head of “Cultural Communities Area” of the Social Community Theatre Centre – University of Turin.

He’s artistic consultant for Italian and European public and private cultural and social institutions and international cooperation projects.

He has many years of experience in managing international projects in the field of culture, theatre and audience engagement.

In recent years he has held the following positions of responsibility:

Project Manager of Terract les acteurs de le terre, Interreg Alcotra Italy-Franch (1.3 M. euro) 2017-2020;

Ideator and Artistic Director of Caravan Next. Feed the Future. Cooperation larger scale – Creative Europe call (4.0 M. euro) 2015-2019; Project Manager and ideator of national pilot project Oca l’arte che allena il pensiero (140.000 euro) 2018-2020; Ideator and Artistic Director of Caravan Artists on the road, european cooperation project larger scale Culture (3.0 M. euro).In 2012 he was chosen as speaker on the theme “Theatre, art and communities engagement” for the international assembly of the Alliance of Civilizations – UN- in Dhoa
